One of my all time FAVOURITE animals has to be the ring-tailed lemur. I just love them. They have so much character.

Sir and I took a trip to the Belfast zoo recently and I took a few snaps:

This guys stance made me laugh so much!

I love their bright yellow eyes

And their long stripey tails...curled into a question mark

Another one of my favourites - Meerkat

And another - a Marmoset, not sure which type unfort.

Oh they're so cute! I remember when I was really little there were lemurs at our local zoo. The zoo had horrible conditions by today's standards and they always looked so sad. Not like the happy little guy in your pics. It's been updated since then, but now all they have is local animals.
