...Aka how to make my boyfriend fat with MORE baking!

In my last post I mentioned the present I made for my secret santa - a Christmas Muffin mix. Well how funny that for MY present I also got a baking mix!! This one wasn't home made, but the principle is the same, and it came with a very cute little heart shaped cutter tied on with a gingham ribbon:



All I had to do was add 30g soft butter and 3 tsp water, mix, roll, cut and bake for 8 mins! So since it was so simple I thought I'd give it a go...








I think rolled the dough out a bit too thin so the cookies kind of ended up like blobs instead of hearts, but they tasted delicious! Thanks Rachel :)

  2. nice to see a local blog! am in the big smoke, too, slowly renovating tiny terrace in east belfast. my new year's resolution is to spend less time sitting at the computer reading blogs and spend more time actually doing all the things i like reading about, lol! good luck with your venture, hope to see your stall at st george's some saturday in the future! xdeborah
